 Sales and Billing

This section will provide with Sales and Billing Information.

1.  Can I pay you by check?
Yes, we accept PayPal and credit cards, checks and money orders.
2.  Do you have a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee. If within the first 30 days you are not completely satisfied, we will refund your money. (Domain names will not be refunded)
3.  What operating system does your web server use?
Our servers are running either Red Hat Linux 7.3, Red Hat Linux 9.0, or Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3
4.  Are there any extra fee's? i.e. Setup, etc.
Absolutely not! there is not a setup fee, hidden or extra costs. Your price will remain the same as long as you are with us. New Domain Registrations will be the only addition to your invoice.
5.  How long will it take to have my site up and running after payment has been made?
Your account will be setup within 12 to 24 hours after your payment has been made. If paying by eCheck or Check by Mail, your account will be setup as soon as your payment reaches our office.
6.  What happens if I forget to pay my bill?
Our payment system will automatically e-mail you a few days before your payment is due. Payments are required to be posted or recieved by the close of business on the due date. All late payments can be subjected to a 2% late charge. If you do not wish to setup an automaticly recurring bill for your account, please contact us at billing@xisn.com. Please note that your account will be suspended on 2 days past due if your payment has not reached our office. Any accounts that are 5 days past due can be deleted from our servers on the 6th day.
7.  Are your payments secure?
Yes, our billing system is very secure, Check the lock on the bottom of your web browser to ensure server identity. We also use PayPal (www.paypal.com) and a Payment Gateway for credit card payments. They are both secure payment processors.
8.  Do you bill my PayPal or Credit Card automatically every month?
We do send you a bill automatically every month by Email and in some cases, we automaticly bill your Credit Card. This can be changed at any time. If you wish to setup or cancel an automaticly recurring bill on your account, please contact us at billing@xisn.com.
9.  Is there an extra charge for unique IP's?
There is a one-time setup fee of $25 per IP, per year.
